For best results, you will want to go over this with multiple coats of multiple products. First, you will need to remove all the rust and as much of the loose crumbling material as possible. Once that surface is completely clean, you will want to coat over that with AFM Safecoat MetalCoat Primer. Then over that with Dynoseal. Then over that with the Roofguard.
