Probably not as WaterShield is a penetrating sealer and any varnish must be sanded off first. A better choice would be our AFM Acrylacq.
can i use this on a tongue and groove wood ceiling in a bathroom that has already been coated with a tinted (water-based) varnish? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, WaterShield Concrete & Masonry Sealers
