Will this Almighty adhesive work to attach wood that has a coating of AFM SafeCoat, Polyureseal BP on it to galvanized sheet metal?

That is something you will have to test. If the Polyureseal BP is well adhered to the wood, you could just rough up the Polyureseal BP and then use the Almighty and stick it to the galvanized. However, if the Polyureseal BP is not well adhered to the wood, for some reason, then the adhesive is just sticking to the Polyureseal BP and, if loose, will just come off with the loose Polyureseal BP. This is why you would be better off to test this situation.
