Yes, it is vapor permeable.
Is this grout sealer at all vapor permeable? I'm installing tile on a slab and trying to stick with a vapor permeable tile assembly so I don't trap any vapor coming up from under the slab. SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Grout Sealer Concrete & Masonry Sealers
