The Polyiso Boards would normally be put into the walls between the studs for the insulation. They can would usually be adhered by adhesive or nail/screws. With the Nail/ xxxx attachment you could in theory remove the boards and take them, with the adhesive that would not be an option. I don't think that these would work for your sisters situation. With that being said it would really depend on a couple factors: 1) Where she is trying to use them in the home2) How much ability to change things in the rental.This is just a basic overview/possible uses.
