No. Sustain 1195 is for Marmoleum Sheet or Tile for use in interior applications...and no, we have nothing for exterior use.
I need to install ceramic tile on a concrete exterior balcony. Problem is - I'm in Northeastern Ohio, where post installation temperatures can occasionally reach 80+ degrees during three months of the summer, but will dip to below freezing, on average, three months of the year.
