it's very windy on my roof. Is the locking system strong enough to keep an 80 square foot pad are in place?

It's made for flat roofs where it is very windy. There are no ratings for how much wind this product will handle but we've never had anyone complain. It would take a lot of wind to blow off 80 SF of pad, plus it has holes in it to allow the wind to go through it.
