Is it easy to apply with your fingertip on baseboards? I tried this with Safecoat, but it is so gooey, messy, and sticky, it's almost impossible to work with. It also won't stop coming out of the tube.

It is easy to apply but avoid prolonged exposure to your skin. Use a tool if you have spread it. Carefully gun the sealant with a smooth, continuous bead. If tooling is needed, do so within fifteen minutes of application.
