Oh, the power of math. Going off the dimensions you provided, painting the interior walls and floor of your raised bed with 2 coats of Dynoseal I came up with 325.33 square feet. You will need 4 Gallons of Dynoseal.For your exterior, going off the dimensions again (which is slightly shifty, as it presupposes your lumber is razor thin, and has no width/depth that is exposed above the soil line. I get for 2 coats of PolyWhey Stain, 133 square feet for the exterior walls. 1 Gallon should cover you just fine, and should provide you with a little extra in case your boards are not razor thin and extend above the soil line.
