Having a flat subfloor to install over is a great idea. Concrete levelers are common among chain and box stores.
Ordering sample box now. I have vinyl floors that end where carpet once was and is now bare concrete. What would be good to level the concrete to the vinyl for under the new marmoleum extending over both surfaces?
