My really old house has a drafty basement crawl space with holes and spaces between the stones used for the wall, Seems like mice may have burrowed tunnels and the air is just pouring in. Can I use either safecoat or novalink to fill those holes and how permanent is it? Can the mice just push it back out again?

You can use ChemLink, M-1 Universal Structural Adhesive/Sealant to fill the holes.
