What is the surface emissivity lowered to when using this product?

Radiosity is a fine powder that is mixed with a 5 gal bucket of paint. The emissivity will depend upon the quality of your paint. No testing has been done on this subject but I don't think it will change much. It is not designed to block vapor, only infrared radiation.
