I had backsplash installed and I've had a sore throat since. Could it be VOCs and could putting your grout sealer on seal the VOCs? Thank you. Your products and customer service are the best Blessings.

Normal grout generally would not off-gas. There may be a slight odor for a few hours, but once dry, the smell of cement will dissipate. If a sealer was used or a mastic was used, those could be off-gassing. Find out from your contractor and then let us know. 800-405-0222
