I have a model unit 101 purchased in 1999 with only one ceramic filter, but it was stored and never used. I have two ceramic filters (one spare) which were just sitting inside the unit but not yet attached I read that the Aqua Rain filters out fluoride, but after 100 times used, something has to be added to continue filtering out the fluoride? I need clarification.

The Aqua Rain 303 units and filters do not filter out fluoride. We've never sold the 101 model, so can't speak to that one specifically. If you'd like to reach out to AquaRain directly to ask after their discontinued models, they can be reached via
