We aren't able to ship out of the US, so we won't be able to help you directly. But just a note- none of the products we sell can go over solvent-based paints or sealers.
I have a concrete basement floor that has recently been painted with No Nonsense trade floor paint (I'm in the UK) - specs say it's solvent based satin and comes with all sorts of warnings re. carcinogens etc. Is there anything I can use to seal the floor to prevent off-gassing? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, MexeSeal, Semi-Gloss Concrete & Masonry Sealers
