Ideally below a floor or beneath the soil line in a foundation.Safecoat DynoSeal is a high-performance sealer above or below grade that stops moisture, moisture vapor and radon gas. It's highly resistant to flame spread and temperature change and, when cured, it also resists gasoline, oil, grease, fungi, acids and alkalines. It is elastomeric which means it remains flexible for a long time and is ideal for repairing roofs, flashing, shingles, and metal seams. It is also ideal for underground applications such as: foundation walls, fence posts, and raised garden beds. It will not leach into the soil.
