Visibility depends on the color of the sheet, the straightness of the cut line, and how good your eyes are. We have Granada glued down with two seams that no one sees until we point it out to them. That's because it is a mid gray with lots of movement. Lighter colors will show more than darker. Any good installer should not have trouble cutting this straight with a net fit (meaning no gap).
