Unfortunately there's no "easy fix" for this kind of thing. Wax is inherently a finish, and in its nature it allows breathe-ability and a bit of "durable elasticity" to the top layer of whatever its put onto, and therefore not sealable. You would have to remove/strip the wax, sand, and then use an appropriate sealer on the cabinets themselves depending on what other stain/paint is still on them. The product linked from your question is definitely not what you'd want to use. It's meant for roofing and foundation work, and the occasional raised garden bed. Also, it only comes in black.
