This product is the green alternative to petroleum-saturated felt paper. It is stronger, lighter, easier to install and longer lasting in extreme conditions of heat or wind. For LEED certification, see the document in our downloads section to the right of the product description (direct link below for your convenience) the LEED points are speaking of the EcoStar on a big picture level for the entire installation, with points directly attributed to nail board, vent board, foam insulation, and roof tiles. The Aqua Guard is an important component of the whole (it is required by EcoStar for their Goldstar Warranty) but admittedly there are no LEED points directly connected to the Aqua Guard component itself.
