This product as only 13 g/l of VOC which is ultra-low. The odor is also very minimal when wet and within a fews days normally will dissipate. Adding heat, fans and ventilation will speed the process. There is no way to guarantee a time for when this will be completed since some very sensitive customers can smell things others cannot. There are no toxic chemicals or hazardous air pollutants in this product.
