Would this be suitable for caulking metal roofing seams on an RV. How long would I expect it to last in this situation and how easy is it to scrape off and replace?

According to ChemLink, Clear could be used for this application, As far as how long it lasts, it all depends on the heat/sun, cold/ice & wind. Typically the sealants last 10+ years under normal roofing conditions across the country.The other question about "how easy is it to scrape off" is of concern if you've used something else in the past to seal these seams. If you previously used silicone, most cheaper silicones will leave residues which leach into the surface making it really difficult to get another sealant chemistry to stick/adhere. ChemLink has metal roofers all over the country that use Clear to seal their seams. This is all on good authority of the tech department at ChemLink.
