Cork DekWall. Just so I get this right�they�re tiles? You have to buy adhesive? Are they difficult to remove/mar the wall if removed?

Yes they are tiles, yes adhesive is required we sell the WAKOL D 3540 for these. Yes these are permanent. With our testing when you try to remove them it will tear the paper of the surface of the drywall it is adhered to. Even if you manage to get the cork free from the wall without ripping or damage the surface underneath will still have the adhesive on it.
