We have Armstrong Alterna Groutable Vinyl Tile, which we are going to use without grout. Do you have an adhesive work with that tile?

We do not (we also do not sell or support vinyl, so are not qualified to give answers on its application or installation). As a general rule of thumb, it is always best to use the adhesive the manufacturer of the flooring recommends.
