Hello. What is the best product to seal ceramic / porcelain kitchen tiles and grout. I need it to be as non toxic as possible with no sheen. Kitchen floor space is about 144 sq ft. Tiles are 17.5 x 17.5 with 1/4 grout. So how much of the suggested product would I need? Thanks?

Ceramic & porcelain tiles are glazed & fired and thus already have a protective coatings. Nothing more is needed and no coating would bond to the tile surface. On the other hand, the grout DOES need to be sealed and the grout sealer is made specifically for such a project. 1 quart will cover about 100 linear feet of grout lines.
