Does the stair nose cap result in a visible bump up at the nose, or will it be level with the tread?

Some floor manufacturers offer a flush stair nose which comes to the level of the floor and some offer an overlap stair nose which has a lip which comes up over the level of the floor. Each manufacture has different options available. Let us know which flooring you are considering, and we can check which types of stair nose are available to coordinate with it.
