Per AFM tech, the grout lines do darken a bit from sealing. The sealer is water resistant and dirt should wash off easily.
Applied AFM Safecoat Grout Sealer to brand new floor tile grout. Let it cure and when it got wet it was dark. Reading reviews I am thinking this sealer won't block the grout from getting dirty or wet�. Is this true? Or do I need to apply more?
