I am working on a remodel have a question, can we connect a tubular skylight to two adjacent bathrooms thus having only one roof penetration?

Interesting idea but the manufacturer does not offer a way to split the light into two tubes. You would have to do that (i.e. make that) on your own. Also, once you split into two, the amount of light would be reduced significantly.
