No, this product requires a porous surface to bond properly to the concrete.
Our acid stain floor got messed up and we had to paint over it. Can we still use this sealant over the painted concrete? it's a water based paint. Thanks! SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, MexeSeal, Semi-Gloss Concrete & Masonry Sealers
