Correct, we are unable to sell and ship the 12mm (1/2") cork underlayment at this time, with no projected estimate as to when it will be available (if it will be available) to our customers.
Is the 12mm version of their natural cork on permanent backorder? We are looking for an underlayment with excellent resistance to compression to avoid telegraphing the grout lines of the ceramic tiles beneath the laminate planks we are installing, and so would prefer the thickest cork possible.
