Is this good to use around the perimeter of expanding floating wood floors. I need something to seal the 1/4 space that does not off gas. I also would like something under my house (exposed to moisture and cold) to seal seams between OSB boards?

Landobond adhesive is not a sealant and was made for indoor use only. It does not expand and contract to the same extent as our AFM Caulking Compound, for example, which is capable of 35% joint movement. AFM Caulking Compound is also very low VOC, ultra low odor and is non-toxic. It can be applied in temps as low as 32 degrees F but has a service temperature of -40 to +200 degrees F once cured.
