Are the Forbo Marmoleum Splash colors 3430, 3431, 3432 and 3433 offered in tiles or another form that could adapt to subfloors that don't meet the stated requirements?

I can confirm that the Marmoleum Splash Sheet colors are exclusive to the Splash sheet line and are not currently available in the various tile glue down or click cinch loc forms. I am not sure I understand the portion of your question about "subfloor that don't meet the stated requirements", I would need more information about what your subfloor is specifically.
