Hi, I just put new tile on my home, and I'm about to add the grout and I'm looking for a sealer. I have 5 dogs and want something that is waterproof for when they have accidents and also they come in with dirty soil paws and would like for my grouts not to stain. I clean everyday so I will make sure it always clean but staining has happened to me before ina previous tile, and I didn't know sealers existed. What could be the best products for this. And also do I apply it at the same time as grout of after the grout has fully dried?

This is the right project for sealing grout. It will prevent mold and mildew and make the grout easier to clean. Allow grout to dry for 24-48 hours and then apply 2-3 coats. Use a toothbrush or small paintbrush. Wipe off excess that gets on the tile as it will create a different sheen. It won't hurt anything and will eventually wear off but it might look a little different if not cleaned off the tile.
