How does the solar light work, is there an on/off switch for in the evening? And does it stay charged enough to be on all night? And at what level of light?

This works just like a skylight or opaque window, diffusing natural sunlight into your home. As it brings in outdoor light, it only provides light during the day, once the sun sets it's dim unless you have other means of exterior light shining on it.The light output in equivalent wattage is based on the size of the kit; 10", 13", 18", 21" with equivalent outputs of 300, 500, 1000,and 1,450 watts respectively.
