Safecoat DynoSeal is a high-performance sealer above or below grade that stops moisture, moisture vapor and radon gas, as well as provides an additional sound barrier. It's highly resistant to flame spread and temperature change and, when cured, it also resists gasoline, oil, grease, fungi, acids and alkalines. It is dark bronze in color, almost black.
Unlike most petroleum-based sealers, DynoSeal is safe and contains no solvents or toxic chemicals. It is elastomeric which means it remains flexible for a long time and is ideal for repairing roofs, flashing, shingles and metal seams. It is also ideal for underground applications such as: foundation walls, fence posts, and raised garden beds. It will not leach into the soil. Color is very dark bronze.
Dynoseal is meant to be covered up and not exposed directly to the sun or elements. If used on a roof, it should be top-coated with Safecoat DynoFlex Roof Guard or other elastomeric coatings.
