AFM MetalCoat Acrylic Metal Primer provides outstanding corrosion resistance and excellent surface adhesion. It's a thermoplastic acrylic emulsion primer fortified with rust-inhibiting pigments that can be used on interior and exterior metal surfaces such as aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized metal.

NOTE: this NOT recommended for copper or cast iron radiators or any metal that has rust. All rust must be completely removed or sandplasted down to the bare metal.

This is a primer and not a paint. It is designed for application directly to raw metal and not to painted metal. For painted metals, use AFM Transitional Primer and then AFM Zero VOC paint.
