Revolutionary pre-mixed, self-sealing, stain-free grout

QuartzLock2 Urethane Grout is a next-generation eco-friendly grout technology that makes grouting tile easier, safer and more long lasting. Made with a ultra-low odor non-toxic urethane, QuartzLock2 comes pre-mixed and ready-to-use in either a 9 lb. or 18 lb. bucket. Use it on all ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tile indoors or outdoors and even in submerged applications. Once applied, the grout cures to a very hard, self-sealed, semi-elastic finish which results in a colorfast grout that's resistant to chemicals, stains, mold and mildew. Plus, QuartzLock2 won't shrink or crack.

QuartzLock2 Urethane Grout is a great replacement/upgrade to epoxy, cement and pigment-based grouts. Unlike epoxy grout, it's both easy to apply and clean up; unlike pigment-based grout, there's no risk of incorrect mixing. The real bonus, however, is that QuartzLock grout never has to be sealed!

QuartzLock2 can be used for indoor or outdoor, commercial or residential, wet or dry and horizontal or vertical applications. It requires no water and it won't sag in vertical applications and won't dust. It's UV stable and non-allergenic; plus leftover grout can be saved for later use instead of being thrown in the dump.

This is an encapsulated product in which the sand component (crystalline silica) is bound in a polymer matrix. The sand contained in QuartzLock2 cannot be inhaled under conditions of intended product use.

On the Installation and Coverage Chart for download, the 9 lb. unit corresponds to the 1-gallon size; the 18 lb. unit corresponds to the 2-gallon size.
