Medium-gloss sealer for concrete, brick or porous tile
Mexeseal is an ultra low-odor, water-based, medium-gloss, clear sealer suitable for interior use on porous terra cotta or stone tile and masonry surfaces. Its hard, durable finish affords long-term protection against food, oil and water stains, scuffing and black heel marks.
Mexeseal stops the off-gassing of toxic chemicals. It has almost no odor during application and is safe, even for the chemically sensitive.

Alert: This product is not suited for any polished surfaces, such as granite, modern Saltillo tile and quarry tile as they contain salts that contaminate the surface. Description
MexeSeal is a low odor, waterbased, medium gloss clear sealer. It affords a hard, durable, medium gloss finish that is suitable for use on porous interior tile or masonry surfaces where oil and water repellency are desired. Ideal for long term protection against food, oil, and water stains, scuffing, and black heel marks on residential or commercial floors.
Use:Recommended on substrates such as the following: limestone, sandstone, slate, fireclay and concrete. Also effective as a sealer and protectant for porous wood surfaces such as redwood, cedar, and pine. Generally NOT suited for polished surfaces such as granite countertops. To clean up, wash tools and equipment with a dilluted solution of AFM SafeChoice SuperClean and warm water.
NOTE: Not food grade. Not designed for use on countertops where food is involved.
Coverage: One gallon covers approximately 300 square feet in one coat, depending on surface porosity.
Eco-friendly: Seals in the outgassing from the substrate. Contains no formaldehyde. Very low VOC content. Meets or exceeds all federal and state air quality regulations, including California. Safely used by and for the chemically sensitive.
