Clear, moisture-resistant protective sealer for porous surfaces
AFM Safecoat Grout Sealer increases water-resistance, minimizes the penetration of liquids, helps prevent stains and provides a wearable, washable surface. It dries to the touch in an hour and cures within 24 hours.
Although AFM Safecoat Grout Sealer is designed specifically for unsealed tile grout, it may also be effectively used on a variety of porous cementitious surfaces. Please test first. For previously-sealed grout, conduct several small test patches for absorbtion and compatibility.
