All-weather, waterproof, vapor-proof sealer
Safecoat DynoSeal is a high-performance sealer that stops moisture, moisture vapor and radon gas, as well as provides an additional sound barrier. It's highly resistant to flame spread and temperature change and, when cured, it also resists gasoline, oil, grease, fungi, acids and alkalines.
Unlike most petroleum-based sealers, DynoSeal is safe and contains no solvents or toxic chemicals. It is elastomeric which means it remains flexible for a long time and is ideal for repairing roofs, flashing, shingles and metal seams, as well as foundations.
