Elastomeric roof sealer and radiant heat barrier
Safecoat DynoFlex Roof Guard is a unique, water-based, elastomeric, low-odor, paint-like sealer and radiant heat barrier that protects new or old roofs against water, mildew and harsh weather elements. It's also recommended as a moisture barrier for new or old heating and air conditioning ducts.
Its premium bridging qualities allow it to be used to patch, seal and bridge hairline cracks. DynoFlex Roof Guard is elastomeric, which means it has excellent elasticity, as well as waterproofing qualities when applied at proper film thickness to properly primed roofs. It dries white, but can be tinted at the factory by special order.
Do not confuse this product with DynoFlex which is for sealing seams and cracks in a roof. DynoFlex Roof Guard goes over DynoFlex and DynoSeal.
