Non-toxic, zero VOC oil/wax refreshener
Rubio Monocoat Universal Maintenance Oil is an oil/wax finish designed for the routine maintenance of oiled floors. Oiled floors can become dry and faded with traffic, and this oil will restore the natural luster and bring back to life the color of any faded-out floor. It's best to use just before the color fades. It will also seal the floor, stop cracking, prevent dirt build up and make cleaning easier.
Rubio Maintenance Oil is completely non-toxic and contains zero VOCs or other hazardous chemicals. It has a very low odor and does not off-gas any toxic chemicals.
Universal Maintenance Oil is applied with a cloth, brush or sponge by hand. Or, it can also be applied mechanically using a beige floor polisher. Each treated area should be wiped dry with cotton cloth within 15 minutes, or with a white pad if using a polisher. It dries to a beautiful patina in 6-8 hours. Coverage is about 800-1000 SF per .5 Liter (depending upon wear).
NOTE: during the first week after application, use a damp cloth or Surface Cleaner for cleaning. Later, Rubio Monocoat Soap may be used.

No professional expertise is required to treat your floor with RMC Universal Maintenance Oil.
1. Eliminate dirt and dust from the floor.
2. Clean the floor thoroughly with Rubio Monocoat Soap and water. Rinse well with water to eliminate any soap residues. Leave it to dry completely.
3. Manual application – Apply the oil using a cloth, brush, or sponge.
