Heavy-duty, multi-purpose cleaner
GBS Industrial Strength Cleaner removes paint, graffiti, tar, adhesives, resins, acrylic coatings, floor wax and ink – as well as dirt and oils – from a variety of surfaces; its high pH simply dissolves whatever is on the surface. Its primary uses are industrial, commercial and residential on all surfaces including concrete, brick, masonry, stucco, cinder block, vinyl siding, wood, metal and fiberglass.
Industrial Strength Cleaner is designed to be used prior to application of our GBS Penetrating Sealer or Penetrating Gloss Sealer. However, the surface must then be washed three times before sealing because any leftover residue will eat through the sealer and prevent proper application.
This product should be diluted, based on the job to be performed: five-to-one water to cleaner for normal cleaning; one-to-one for heavy cleaning; or straight for encrusted oil, grease, water based paint or adhesives.
NOTE: This product is not formulated to remove Oil Based Paints.
NOTE2: There may be a butyl smell during use that dissipates after drying. Take care if using in non ventilated areas.
