Elastomeric roof sealer and radiant heat barrier (white)

Safecoat Roof Guard (formerly DynoFlex All Weather) is a unique, water-based, elastomeric, low-odor, paint-like sealer and radiant heat barrier that protects new or old roofs against water, mildew, and harsh weather elements. It's also recommended as a moisture barrier for new or old heating and air conditioning ducts. In addition, Roof Guard can be applied to asbestos tile flooring to help encapsulate it.

Its premium bridging qualities allow it to be used to patch, seal and bridge hairline cracks. Roof Guard is elastomeric, which means it has excellent elasticity, as well as waterproofing qualities when applied at proper film thickness to properly primed roofs. It dries white.

Do not confuse this product with DynoFlex which is for sealing seams and cracks in roofing. Roof Guard goes over DynoFlex and DynoSeal.
