Safecoat features: Low odor, non-toxic, water based, for new or previously unsealed porous tile and concrete. Because it is virtually odorless, it is ideal for use indoors, yet it is durable enough for outdoor use - a replacement for high solvent content systems.

Eco friendly: Helps control the efflorescence of the substrate and is non-hazardous and non-flammable. Contains no formaldehyde. Very low VOC content. Meets or exceeds all federal and state air quality regulations, including California. Safely used by and for the chemically sensitive.

Uses: Recommended for all porous tile and concrete. Can also be used as a deck and siding sealer for porous wood such as redwood, cedar, and pine. To clean up, wash tools and equipment with a dilluted solution of SafeChoice Super Clean and warm water.

Coverage: One gallon covers approximately 400-600 square feet in one coat, depending on surface porosity.
