AFM Safecoat MexeSeal

Safecoat features: Low odor, water based, clear sealer. Hard, durable, medium gloss finish. Use on porous interior tile or masonry surfaces where oil and water repellency are desired. Suitable for recoating many water based sealers (always test first.) Ideal for long term protection against food, oil,  and water stains, scuffing, and black heel marks on residential or commercial floors.

• Eco friendly: Seals in the outgassing from the substrate. Contains no formaldehyde. Very low VOC content. Meets or exceeds all federal and state air quality regulations, including California. Safely used by and for the chemically sensitive.

• Uses: Recommended on substrates such as the following: unpolished marble, limestone, granite, sandstone, slate, fireclay (brick, tile, terra cotta, pavers), concrete (brick, tile, precast panels, cast in place.)

• NOTE: Not food grade. Not designed for use on countertops where food is involved.

• Also effective as a sealer and protectant for porous wood surfaces such as redwood, cedar, and pine. Generally not suited for polished surfaces. To clean up, wash tools and equipment with a dilluted solution of SafeChoice Super Clean and warm water.
  
• Coverage: One gallon covers approximately 300 square feet in one coat, depending on surface porosity.
