ZeroFlush, Waterless Urinal
| Colors: | | |
Waterless, odor-free, porcelain or stainless steel urinals
A ZeroFlush urinal conserves water, reduces water/sewer and maintenance costs, and provides reliable, long-term performance. On average, the ZeroFlush conserves about 40,000 gallons of fresh water per urinal per year.
It's easy to install. Because there's no flushing mechanism, all that's required is a drainage outlet, 20 minutes to install the bowl, and seconds to insert the cartridge. Additionally, most states have utility rebates for water-saving appliances.
Unlike other waterless urinals whose expensive cartridges must be replaced every 5000-7000 flushes, ZeroFlush has an extra-large, removable trap that averages 15,000 uses before it requires a Drain Insert Replacement Kit. The ZeroFlush is far less expensive to operate and maintain, and it provides the quickest return on investment. ZeroFlush contains an easily-replaced odor-barrier liquid made from 100% natural and biodegradable oils.
Models ZF-101, ZF-201, ZF-401 and ZF-501 are porcelain; model ZF-301 is stainless steel. A stainless steel Trough Urinal is also available from ZeroFlush.

Three Ways You Can Save Money
Purchase Price: The ZeroFlush System is less expensive to purchase and easier to install than conventional urinals because they have no flushing mechanism. All that is required is a drainage outlet, approximately twenty minutes to install the bowl, and seconds to insert the cartridge. Also, most states have rebate programs in place for water-saving appliances.
Operational Costs: Water expenses are non-existent because the urinal itself is water free, saving approximately 40,000 gallons of water per year, per urinal. In addition, significant savings result from zero or negligible sewer charges.
Maintenance Costs: Maintenance is reduced to a semi-annual or annual changing of trap and quick janitorial clean-up. Costs associated with valve repair, clogged sewer pipes, vandalism or any other repairs are minimal. The savings achieved with the ZeroFlush System can be used for more productive purposes.
No Water Expenses --save about 40,000 gallons per year.
Reduced Sewer Costs--Reduced water volume lowers sewer expenses
Lower Installation Charges--Labor and material costs are significantly reduced because there is no flush valve or water supply pipe work required.
Recyclable trap and biodegradable Sealant
Sanitary--Touch-Free Mechanism allows for hands free operation
Reduced Maintenance Costs--No valve to repair. Also, reduced drain blockage due to less sediment.
Less Vandalism--90% of all vandalism in public restrooms involves the forceful removal of or damage to the flush valve. The ZeroFlush has none.
Environmentally Friendly--Uses no water, de-scaling chemicals, detergents, strong cleaning chemicals or acid treatment materials as are prevalent with most manual or automatic flushing urinals.
