Premium-quality, fast-curing, low VOC primer for new wallboard
New Wallboard Primecoat HPV is specially formulated to provide a superior prime coat on interior surfaces such as new gypsum wallboard (sheetrock) and textured wallboard.
Primecoat HPV solves finishing problems such as “telegraphing” or “joint-banding” by equalizing porosity and texture; it fills voids in the surface of building materials so that top coats cover more evenly.
