Flexible, quick-setting sealant for difficult-to-bond surfaces
MetaLink works quickly and requires little or no fussing with tools to make it look good. With a 10-minute skin-over and no dirt pickup, it's great for accurate installation. MetaLink is ideal in situations where strength, elasticity, adhesion and speed of set are required.
It works well on materials traditionally hard to bond to like Kynar 500 PVDF and Tedlar PVF. It also works on polycarbonate, vinyl, PVC, fiberglass, FRP, acrylic, glass, galvanized metal, aluminum, engineered plastics and EPS foam.
MetaLink is low-odor, non-corrosive and neutral-cure. This means it will bond to coated metals, yet it won't damage unprotected ones. Combined with its low temperature flexibility, 50% joint movement and zero shrinkage, it's recommended for metal, HVAC and glass block.

| Surface or Product Preperation | Surface should be clean, dry and free from all contamination including: dirt, oils, grease, tar, wax, rust and any other substance that may
inhibit the sealants performance. DO NOT use petroleum solvents such as mineral spirits or xylene to clean your surface before using this product. Instead, remove all dirt, oil, loose paint, frost and other contaminates with alcohol. Horizontal applications will require tooling. Allow treated wood to cure for six months prior to application. Do not use in areas subject to continuous immersion of water or chemicals. Do not use on TPO without Chemlink TPO Primer. |
