Low-odor silicone adhesive/sealant/caulk
DuraSil is a highly flexible silicone adhesive designed for 50% joint movement that can handle very low to high temperature extremes. It bonds to difficult surfaces quickly.
Use on glass, aluminum, steel, masonry, polycarbonate, vinyl (PVC), fiberglass (FRP), acrylic, Kynar 500 PVDF, Tedlar PVF, coated metals and concrete. DuraSil comes in clear and four colors.

Alert: Do not use mineral spirits or xylene with DuraSil. Also, it's not recommended for use in areas subject to immersion, or in tub and tile applications. Staining may occur on limestone or porous substrates. Do not use on surfaces to be painted or on fire-retardant lumber. High temperatures will reduce shelf life.

| Surface or Product Preperation | Surface should be clean, dry and free from all contamination including: dirt, oils, grease, tar, wax, rust and any other substance that may
inhibit the sealants performance. DO NOT use petroleum solvents such as mineral spirits or xylene to clean your surface before using this product. Instead, remove all dirt, oil, loose paint, frost and other contaminates with alcohol. Horizontal applications will require tooling. Allow treated wood to cure for six months prior to application. Do not use in areas subject to continuous immersion of water or chemicals. Do not use on TPO without Chemlink TPO Primer. |
