Compact high-capacity control of volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
The IQAir VOC GCX is an extension of the GC Series, the world's most effective compact room air purifier for the control of gaseous chemicals and odors. While the GC Series is most noted for its superior chemical regulation, it also filters such particles as allergens, smoke, bacteria and viruses. It provides an integrated purification system for residential and commercial environments alike.
The IQAir GCX VOC uses four filter-cartridges to hold up to 25 lbs. of gas-phase media. The cylindrical shape of these cartridges allows for optimum contact between the air and the gas-phase media, to ensure high removal efficiency and improved indoor air quality. Additionally, the large surface area of the cartridges enables excellent air flow rates.
The IQAir VOC GCX features nearly 75% more filtration media then the VOC GC and, as a result, provides approximately 20% more air flow and longer filter service life. It covers a larger area and can handle big jobs faster than the standard GC model.
Each unit comes complete with filters, owner's manual, set of four casters, six foot power cord, and certificate of guaranteed performance.
